RETURNS
Parts can only be returned for credit if they are within 14 days of receipt and upon authorisation obtained from the CaterParts sales desk. Non-stock parts, especially to order, are non-returnable unless faulty. All credits are subject to re-stocking charges unless otherwise agreed.
SHORTAGES & DELIVERY DAMAGE
Although the products are carefully packed and every effort is made to ensure orders are 100% correct, mistakes occur. Please contact our sales desk immediately and comply with the following procedures to obtain full credit.
1. Physically check the exterior packaging for damage on receipt, if found note on carrier's receipt.
2. Check deliveries against the delivery note and inspect condition. Any shortages or damages must be notified within 48 hours.
3. Return in original packaging.
