The Caterparts Challenge: Parts that pay more!

And the more you spend, the more you earn. Rewards are tiered, so your reward rate increases as your extra spend grows:

Incremental Spend (banded) & Cashback rate

£0 – £2,000 - 5%

£2,001 – £10,000 (the portion above £2,000) - 8%

Above £10,001 (the portion above £10,000) - 12%

For example: grow your spend by £6,000 compared to last year, and you'll earn £480 in account credit.

Maximum reward: £1,200 per trading account, regardless of the level of Incremental Spend achieved.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Period: 1 September 2026 – 30 November 2026 (inclusive)

1. The Promoter

Caterparts (“Caterparts”, “we”, “us”, “our”), of Engine Shed, Brackley, Northamptonshire NN13 7UG, part of Buttress Group, is the promoter of this promotion (the “Promotion”).

2. The Promotion

The Caterparts Challenge runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive (the “Qualifying Period”). It rewards customers who grow their spend with Caterparts, or who spend with Caterparts for the first time, during the Qualifying Period, with a cashback credit applied to their Caterparts trading account.

3. Eligibility

•    Open to trade or business customers holding an active Caterparts trading account.

•    Not open to any account that already benefits from a negotiated group rebate or equivalent standing volume agreement with Caterparts, for the duration of that agreement (see clause 9).

•    Limited to one reward per trading account. Where related businesses hold multiple accounts under common ownership or control, Caterparts may treat those accounts as a single account for the purposes of this Promotion.

•    Open to trading accounts registered in the United Kingdom.

•    Caterparts reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may request reasonable evidence of account ownership or trading status.

4. How It Works

No sign-up or opt-in is required. Participation is automatic, based on qualifying orders placed through your Caterparts trading account during the Qualifying Period.

Existing customers: your reward is based on the amount by which your Net Qualifying Spend during the Qualifying Period (1 September – 30 November 2026) exceeds your Net Qualifying Spend for the equivalent period in the prior year (1 September – 30 November 2025) (your “Baseline”). The amount by which the former exceeds the latter is your “Incremental Spend”.

New and lapsed customers: if your trading account recorded no Net Qualifying Spend between 1 September and 30 November 2025, your Baseline is £0, and your entire Net Qualifying Spend during the Qualifying Period counts as Incremental Spend.

5. Net Qualifying Spend

“Net Qualifying Spend” means the total value of goods invoiced to your Caterparts trading account during the relevant period, excluding VAT and carriage/delivery charges, and less the value of any goods returned, credited, or cancelled in relation to that spend (whenever that return, credit or cancellation is processed — see clause 8).

6. Reward Structure

Incremental Spend is rewarded on a tiered basis. Bands apply cumulatively to successive portions of your Incremental Spend, not as an all-or-nothing threshold:

Incremental Spend (banded) & Cashback rate

£0 – £2,000 - 5%

£2,001 – £10,000 (the portion above £2,000) - 8%

Above £10,001 (the portion above £10,000) - 12%

Worked example: an account with £6,000 of Incremental Spend earns (£6,000 × 8%) = £480 credit applied to your account in Dec-26.

Maximum reward: £1,200 per trading account, regardless of the level of Incremental Spend achieved.

7. Issue of Reward

•    Rewards are calculated after the close of the Qualifying Period, based on final Net Qualifying Spend.

•    Rewards are issued as a credit note applied directly to your Caterparts trading account. Rewards are not paid in cash, by bank transfer, or by any method other than account credit, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

•    Credits will be applied to eligible accounts during the first full week of December 2026.

•    Credit must be redeemed against new orders placed through Caterparts within 3 months of the date it is applied to your account. For credit applied in the first full week of December 2026, this means the credit must be used by the first full week of March 2027. Any unused balance remaining after that date will be forfeited unless Caterparts notifies the account holder otherwise in writing.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

If any goods forming part of your Net Qualifying Spend are returned, cancelled, or credited, whether before or after your reward has been calculated or credited to your account, Caterparts will recalculate your Incremental Spend and your reward accordingly.

Where a return, cancellation, or credit is processed after a reward credit has already been applied to your account, Caterparts will deduct the corresponding value of that credit from your account balance. This may reduce your available credit balance or result in a balance owed, which will be reflected in your normal account statement.

Caterparts reserves the right to reclaim any reward credit issued in error, or as a result of a subsequently reversed or adjusted transaction, by deduction from your account balance.

9. Combinability

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Caterparts offer or discount. Any account that already benefits from a group rebate or equivalent standing agreement is not eligible for this Promotion for as long as that agreement remains in place.

10. General Conditions

•    Caterparts reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Promotion, or these terms, at any time for operational, commercial, or legal reasons, without prior notice, save that no such change will affect a reward already credited to an account.

•    Caterparts reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a reward and to suspend an account's participation in this Promotion, where it reasonably believes the account has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity intended to artificially inflate Net Qualifying Spend, including (without limitation) placing orders with the intention of returning or cancelling them once a reward has been secured.

•    All decisions relating to eligibility, calculation, and issue of rewards under this Promotion are final.

•    This Promotion is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights or any other terms of trade agreed with Caterparts.

•    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from this Promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
